What Are the Rental Requirements?
To rent a motorcycle from MotoHello, you must meet the rental requirements listed below. All applications are reviewed according to our rental criteria. Once your application is approved, you can safely collect your motorcycle and start your ride.
Which Driving Licence Do I Need to Rent a Motorcycle?
A valid Category M or B driving licence is required for 50cc motorcycles. For 125cc and larger models, a valid motorcycle licence (A1, A2 or A, depending on your country) is required. A valid driving licence and identification document must be presented at the time of rental.
Can Someone Else Ride the Motorcycle?
The rented motorcycle may only be ridden by the person named in the rental agreement. For safety, insurance and legal reasons, it cannot be used by any third party. The renter is fully responsible for any financial or legal consequences resulting from unauthorized use.
What Should I Do in Case of an Accident?
First, make sure you and others are safe, and call the emergency services (112) if necessary. Then contact the MotoHello support team immediately. Do not repair or move the motorcycle without authorization. An accident report, photos and any relevant documents must be provided to MotoHello.
Who is responsible for traffic fines and toll charges?
Traffic fines, bridge tolls, highway tolls, and any other road usage charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. These charges are verified after they are officially received from the relevant authorities and are collected in accordance with the rental agreement.
Is a helmet and riding gear included in the rental price?
MotoHello offers two rental options: you may use your own riding gear or choose MotoHello's protective equipment. Guests using their own equipment can benefit from more advantageous rental rates. MotoHello helmets and protective gear are delivered to you in hygienic, clean, and ready-to-use condition.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At MotoHello, all payments are processed securely and credit cards are the only accepted payment method. Reservation fees, security deposits, and additional services are all paid by credit card. Every payment is completed through a fast, secure, and convenient payment system.
What is checked before I receive the motorcycle?
Before every handover, MotoHello performs a complete pre-delivery inspection together with the customer. Any existing damage is documented, while the fuel level, tires, lighting system, and all equipment included with the rental are checked to ensure a safe, transparent, and hassle-free delivery process.
