How Does the Guest Package Work?

1. We review your destination, season, guest profile and estimated referral volume.
2. Subject to written agreement, a dedicated booking link, promotional code or QR code may be prepared for your business.
3. The guest books through MotoHello and provides the required driving licence, identity, payment and security information directly to MotoHello.
4. Subject to availability and service area, MotoHello manages the rental agreement, payment, deposit, vehicle delivery and return.
5. Where available, guests may also receive MotoHello travel routes and destination recommendations.

Campaign and Partnership Terms

• An application does not constitute automatic acceptance or a confirmed reservation. The partnership becomes effective only after evaluation, mutual written approval and, where required, a signed agreement.
• MotoHello is the lessor and the party to the rental agreement. Unless separately authorized in writing, the partner business does not collect payments, deposits or documents on behalf of MotoHello.
• Guests must meet all applicable age, licence class, identity, payment, deposit and rental requirements.
• Discounts, commissions, promotional codes, service fees, payment arrangements and any revenue-sharing model apply only as specified in the written offer or agreement.
• Vehicle class and availability depend on location, date, stock, operating hours and operational conditions. Delivery and return services may be subject to service-area limits and additional charges.
• Travel routes and destination recommendations are for informational purposes. Riders remain responsible for traffic rules, weather and road conditions, and official warnings.
• Personal data is processed for limited purposes under applicable data protection law and the MotoHello PDPL Notice. Whenever possible, guest data is collected directly by MotoHello.
• A reservation is not confirmed until approved by MotoHello. Unless expressly agreed in writing, campaign benefits and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
• MotoHello may update partnership terms prospectively; the provisions of existing written agreements remain protected.
