Whether you work independently or with a business or delivery platform, you can apply by presenting valid proof of your active courier status and benefit from special rental conditions on eligible vehicles.

Campaign Terms

1. The campaign is available exclusively to people actively working in courier, package delivery or delivery services.
2. Applicants must verify their active courier status with a current employer letter, an active courier platform profile or professional documentation required by the applicable regulations on the application date.
3. Documents are reviewed only to confirm campaign eligibility. Unnecessary personal data will not be requested.
4. The renter must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the selected motorcycle.
5. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
6. The campaign includes 4,000 km per month. An optional 5,000 km high-usage package may be offered with separate pricing.
7. Any excess mileage fee will be disclosed before the rental in the Rental Information and Approval Form and rental agreement according to the motorcycle model.
8. Unused mileage cannot be carried over to the following month.
9. The campaign vehicle may not be transferred, sub-rented or used by another person.
10. The vehicle must be brought to the service location specified by MotoHello at the scheduled maintenance intervals.
11. Fuel, traffic fines, bridge and motorway charges, and damage caused by user fault are the renter's responsibility.
12. MotoHello's standard age, riding experience, deposit, payment, protection and rental conditions apply.
13. The campaign is limited to selected vehicles, participating MotoHello locations and available stock.
14. The campaign cannot be combined with another discount or promotion.
15. The campaign is ongoing. MotoHello may change the campaign terms prospectively or end the campaign; changes will not apply retroactively to rentals already in progress.
