Campaign Terms

• The service covers motorcycle fleet rental and the selected vehicle operation services only; MotoHello does not provide courier or rider personnel.
• The offer is prepared according to the number of vehicles, motorcycle class, rental period, mileage requirement, service package and operating area.
• Approval is subject to the completion of required company documents, authorized contact information and financial assessment.
• The business is responsible for ensuring that every rider holds a valid driving licence appropriate for the motorcycle being used.
• Vehicles may only be used by persons declared and authorized in the agreement; they may not be transferred or subleased.
• Fuel, traffic fines, bridge and motorway charges, and costs arising from user fault are the responsibility of the renting business.
• Vehicles must be brought to the location specified by MotoHello on the notified maintenance and service dates.
• Insurance and protection coverage is limited to the selected package, policy and agreement terms and does not provide unlimited coverage for every loss.
• Replacement vehicle support is subject to the selected package, vehicle eligibility, availability and agreement terms.
• The service is limited to participating MotoHello locations, eligible vehicles and available stock.
• The offer cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless confirmed in writing.
• MotoHello may amend or end the campaign prospectively; changes will not be applied retrospectively to agreements already in force.
